It seems that Paul Sorvino, one of the Law & Order stars, is greatly attached to his pet dog!

Recently, the actor’s family dog was shot and was in a critical state.

The veteran actor was greatly troubled by this shocking state of his dear dog.

At present, he is busy nursing back his pooch, Unis, to normalcy.

It was a miracle, that the dog’s life had been saved, even after being shot.

The actor’s dog was shot, while playing on the grounds of his Los Angeles home, during the holiday season.

Whenever I catch the Law & Order full episodes online, I find Sorvino really cute, as he displays amazing acting skills.

After hearing his obsession towards his pet, I find him all the more adorable!

The pooch was first discovered by Amanda, the daughter of the veteran actor, who also happens to be the sister of Oscar winning actress, Mira Sorvino. When she came across a trail of blood on the property, she followed it and found the severely wounded Unis.

If you download Law & Order episodes, especially to catch Sorvino, you will be thoroughly touched to know that his favorite six-year-old white shepherd, was immediately rushed to the hospital.

In order to save his life, the doctors conducted several hours of surgery.

According to Amanda, “Unis was shot execution style! He was just jumping and playing in our fenced-in property, and someone savagely shot him from the top of a hill. It’s amazing he survived.”

The entire incident reminds me of Law & Order and its interludes till season 20, which I routinely access online due to the show’s cancellation.

It seems that just like the mysterious cases in the series, this case of Sorvino’s dog being shot, is also shrouded with mystery, as the attacker is still at large.

But Sorvino is not prepared to give up!

I don’t think he possesses the investigative skills, he used to portray in the series. However, he is keeping a close look on his little doggie and is taking care of him.
